Not Today Nausea: How to Manage That 🤮 Feeling

There’s never a good time for nausea. If that 🤮feeling starts creeping in on you, here are some things to:


✅ Drink clear or ice-cold drinks

✅ Eat light, bland foods (think: saltine crackers and plain bread)

✅ Eat slowly and have smaller, more frequent meals

✅ Combine foods from all of the food groups, as you’re able to tolerate, so you get adequate nutrition

And, not to do

❌ Eat fried, greasy, or sweet foods

❌ Mix hot and cold foods

❌ Engage in physical activity after eating

❌ Brush your teeth after eating
