As a female-founded, Mayo Clinic-backed health technology company, we harness 67M+ longitudinal data points to provide truly personalized insights, from mood to skin, sleep and more, throughout the entire cycle. Every feature we develop is grounded in science, data, and the lived realities of our community. We're now searching for our first Head of Strategic Partnerships, a force multiplier ready to build the gold standard in how brands can partner with Aavia to transform women’s health.

As our first Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will play a critical role in scaling Aavia’s partnerships program, pioneer a new approach to women’s health partnerships, and shape the future of a company at the frontier of health innovation. You will own, design, and scale every aspect of our partnerships strategy, setting best practices, closing strategic deals, and paving the way for a future team. While you will work closely with the CEO, this is a high-autonomy, high-impact role perfect for a leader who wants to leave a lasting mark on women’s health.
This role is part-time contract-to-hire with a base + commission + equity compensation model, with a clear path to a full-time senior leadership role within six months based on performance and milestones.

Increase the value of Aavia to our members by delivering strategic, mission-aligned partnerships based on their needs

Unlock new revenue with category-defining partnerships in health, wellness, nutrition, and beyond

Architect Aavia’s partnerships engine by designing strategies and playbooks from scratch, not just executing someone else’s plan

Directly influence product direction, partner with the CEO daily, and amplify Aavia’s reach
You will be perfect for this role if you:

Have 3–7 years of proven success driving revenue through business development, sales, or partnerships in high-growth environments

Are a natural connector and confident communicator, who thrives on ambitious goals

Bring a track record of building 0→1 programs

Move fast, love autonomy, and are obsessed with impact and results

Enjoy analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities

Can synthesize learnings into scalable, repeatable systems

Are a strategic thinker and creative deal maker, recommending specific or creative new deal structures based on client’s goals

Enjoy owning an end-to-end process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and scaling relationships
As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be someone who we can count on to:
own :

Outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and follow-up to build an end-to-end pipeline of revenue-generating partners

CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking (we currently use HubSpot) to keep outreach, follow-ups, and performance organized

Reporting on partnership pipeline progress, deal performance, and key insights that drive our broader strategy

A scalable, repeatable partnerships playbook to drive consistent growth and set up future hires for success

BONUS: End-to-end deal flow, from identifying leads to pitching, negotiating, and closing; work hand-in-hand with the CEO to maximize contract value and length
