As a copywriter at Aavia, you will manifest our defined brand voice and improve our messaging towards Gen Zs with ovaries.

This is an opportunity to provide direction and have ownership over the messaging across multiple channels including paid media, email, SMS, website, and our mobile app.  

Aavia is building an exciting, first-of-its-kind experience within the hormones space that will require you to utilize prior copywriting experience to ensure we’re properly communicating our value props in a clear,  persuading, and relatable manner to drive acquisition and retention.

The healthcare industry doesn’t help us understand the bigger role and importance hormones play in our day to day health. Hormones have long been misunderstood, overlooked, and conversations around them avoided. Defined by their skepticism of the institutions that failed them, the hyper cognitive Gen Z isn’t waiting for anyone to lead on issues, they’re leading themselves, but they embrace the brands that help them do it.

You will be perfect for this role if:

  • You are looking for a mission driven company that is passionate about positively impacting people’s lives
  • 4+ years of experience copywriting at agencies, studios, or in-house
  • You have prior experience copywriting for a women’s health brand and/or Gen Z audience
  • You have prior experience copywriting across multiple channels including paid and organic social, email, SMS, website, and mobile apps, adapting tone and style while still ensuring cohesive brand voice
  • You are comfortable using - and proactively asking for - data to inform messaging decisions
  • You have prior experience collaborating with marketing and design departments to brainstorm and develop a variety of materials
  • You are creative, adaptable, and have the ability to work collaboratively with a team

 

As our primary copywriter you will be someone we can count on to:

own :

  • Language across multiple channels including paid and organic social, website, email, SMS, and mobile app
  • Creative direction of promotional campaigns

teach :

  • Provide thought leadership in copywriting and bring your passion for copywriting to motivate and inspire on a day-to-day basis to think creatively and stay focused on our audience

learn :

  • Partner with the marketing and design team to determine best practices in driving conversions, CTRs, downloads, etc.

improve :

  • Copywriting best practices
  • Relaying our defined brand voice and strategy 
  • CTRs, conversions, downloads, etc. by testing and implementing best copywriting practices for our target audience
