Who we are:

Aavia is a women of color-led hormone health brand based in NYC, focused on helping our generation understand our ovarian hormones and how they impact how we feel throughout our cycle. From mood and mental health to sleep, skin, sex drive and more, Aavia helps you feel your best all cycle long.

Responsibilities:

• Host minimum of 2 on-campus activations in September to grow the Aavia brand on your campus!
• Get creative! We’re open to your ideas, whether that is follicular hot girl walk, picnics or tabling, workshops, parties… IT IS UP TO YOU TO PLAN & DECIDE :) 
• Manage a stipend for events and logistics
• Directly report to Community Lead for support/execution
• Contribute to app downloads through events while creating a greater sense of community for existing ones 
• Proudly represent the Aavia brand!

 

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ 
• Must be registered for on-campus classes in a college or university (full-time or part-time) Fall 2023
• Involved with your campus community, whether this means professional clubs, Greek life, on-campus media, sports, or on-campus jobs and internships!
• Interest or experience in planning IRL events 
• Natural people person and proactive problem solver who can work on a team while managing a solo workload
• Passionate in building work experience in women’s health, tech, startup space. You love the Aavia app and want to help others plan their lives around their cycle!

Compensation:

In September, earn up to $300! Minimum 2 activations, maximum 4-5. 

You will also receive a separate stipend to spend per activation for things like snacks, merch, printing, etc.
