As Brand Marketing Lead at Aavia, you will amplify the reach of education about hormone health and the benefit of Aavia to Gen Zs with ovaries using organic marketing tactics.

This is an opportunity to provide direction and have ownership over how we reach and connect with Gen Z IRL and URL.  

Aavia is building an exciting, first-of-its-kind experience within the hormones space that will require you to utilize your creativity and experience to ensure we’re properly reaching our audience to drive acquisition and virality.

The healthcare industry doesn’t help us understand the bigger role and importance hormones play in our day to day health. Hormones have long been misunderstood, overlooked, and conversations around them avoided. Defined by their skepticism of the institutions that failed them, the hyper cognitive Gen Z isn’t waiting for anyone to lead on issues, they’re leading themselves, but they embrace the brands that help them do it.

  • You have 2-3 years of prior multi-channel organic marketing experience through internships or full-time roles and can point to the impact you had
  • You understand how and where to reach Gen Z audience, how to connect with them IRL and URL, and what resonates with them
  • You have prior experience collaborating with leadership, marketing, and design departments to brainstorm and develop a variety of materials that are cohesive across all platforms for campaigns
  • You are comfortable using - and proactively asking for - data to inform decisions
  • You excel at both strategy and execution while keeping high level company goals in mind
  • You have a testing, learning, and growth mindset
  • You are creative, adaptable, and have the ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Prior experience working with a women’s health brand and/or Gen Z audience
  • Prior experience with organic social strategy (primarily TikTok and IG) and managing content creators
  • Prior experience with PR

We're growing our org with a Brand Marketing Lead:

With the addition of a Brand Marketing Lead, Hassan will report on overall marketing metrics and lead digital channels such as ASO, SEO, paid marketing, and referral program. Erin will lead email, sms, blog, and copywriting across departments. Kacey will respond to DMs and comments on paid and organic social media. We are currently recruiting for social media content creators and a Brand Marketing Lead. All of the teammates will work closely to ensure coordinated execution throughout. As with any organization, we will continue to regularly evaluate roles and responsibilities across teammates and hiring needs. 

As our Brand Marketing Lead, you will be someone we can count on to:

own :

  • Program and project ideation process, leading the development of creative concepts
  • Strategy and prioritization of organic experiential marketing channels such as brand partnerships, campus events, community ambassadors, influencer marketing, guerilla marketing, word of mouth referral programs, etc.
  • Creative campaigns that work cohesively across all channels and teams
  • Execution of prioritized organic experiential marketing channels and campaigns
  • Analysis and reporting of results from specific organic experiential marketing channels to identify trends, assess ROI, and present findings and recommendations on way forward to leadership team

  • Thought leadership in organic marketing and your passion for Gen Z to motivate and inspire on a day-to-day basis to think creatively and stay focused on our audience

learn :

  • Best practices in driving conversions, CTRs, downloads, etc.
  • The Aavia brand and brand voice
  • Consumer insights through trend gathering and competitive monitoring

improve :

  • CTRs, downloads, upselling, etc. by testing and implementing best practices for our target audience
